About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Arable Operator to join our team at the Bathurst Estate Farming. As an Arable Operator, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our large mixed estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operation of a 40T/drier and oversee the grain store, including a 6000T grain store and an 8000T on-floor store during the harvest season.
  • Conduct fertiliser spreading, hedge cutting, relief spraying and drilling, and telehandler operations.
  • Assist with livestock enterprises as required.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in an arable farming environment is desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time management and record-keeping skills.
  • Possession of PA1, PA2, PA4 S, and telehandler ticket is desirable.
