Job Description: As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals with complex needs, including those with disabilities and mental health conditions. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that service users receive the highest level of care and support. Your duties will include assisting with daily living tasks, administering medications, and promoting independence and dignity.
Salary: £19,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum 6 months of experience working in a care setting, knowledge of safeguarding procedures, and ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of service users. You will also need to be able to provide references and undergo a DBS check.
