Manufacturing Team Member

In our manufacturing team at beBee Professionals in Warrington, United Kingdom, we are seeking a dedicated individual to operate machinery, assemble products, and ensure production targets are met in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:- Machinery Operation: Safely and efficiently operate various types of machinery and equipment as required by the production process.
- Product Assembly: Assemble products according to company specifications, ensuring attention to detail and quality control throughout the assembly process.
- Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks on finished products to identify any defects or areas for improvement, reporting these findings to the relevant teams.
- Production Targets: Work towards meeting or exceeding production targets and deadlines, collaborating with colleagues to optimize workflows and increase productivity.
- Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Stock Management: Assist with stock management and packing of products, ensuring accurate tracking and timely shipment of goods.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly advantageous, providing valuable knowledge and skills in this field.
