Job Title: Media Effectiveness Lead

LADbible Group is a leading social youth publisher, and we're looking for a Media Effectiveness Lead to join our team.

About the Role

We're seeking a strategic and proactive individual to lead our effectiveness efforts, focusing on building clear measurement frameworks for our campaigns, assessing and adding to our current methodologies. This role will be responsible for building client and agency relationships, ensuring we understand measurement challenges and are being measured correctly in wider measurement frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective measurement frameworks for our campaigns
  • Collaborate with clients and agencies to understand measurement challenges and opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts to ensure accurate measurement and data supply
  • Impact feedback loops to optimize content based on measurement and input into products to increase effectiveness
  • Deliver effectiveness projects and build a team to support this effort
Requirements
  • Previous experience in media, either at a media owner or agency, or with other media experience linked to a research agency role
  • Specific experience of measuring campaigns, with full funnel measurement exposure
  • Well-versed in leading client relationships and finding solutions to challenges
  • Confident running data and storytelling, with a self-starting attitude and resourceful approach to work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, juggling multiple projects and workstreams
