Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Great Bear. As a key member of our customer service operation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer service queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
  • Chase orders and resolve delivery issues to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Verify daily order audits and ensure accurate information.
  • Plan and coordinate parcel traffic orders and necessary communications.
  • Coordinate export order collections with hauliers.
  • Manage special delivery orders and cost control.
  • Update customer web-based order confirmation systems and ensure full compliance.
  • Prepare monthly KPI packs for review meetings.
  • Liaise with personnel across different levels to ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain client SAP stock system accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and WMS functions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to working to meet business requirements.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and manage own time effectively.
  • Knowledge of warehousing or transport software systems is advantageous but not essential.
