We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day functioning of our primary care clinics in Central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness across all sites, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality patient care.
  • Lead and manage housekeeping contracts, driving quality standards and service excellence.
  • Co-ordinate and lead projects and work-streams within the department, working closely with stakeholders to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure Health and Safety protocols are upheld.
  • Act as primary educator, training and coaching staff to deliver exceptional service standards.
  • Assess staff training needs, career progression, and succession planning.
  • Manage facilities contracts, suppliers, and vendors, including waste management and maintenance services.
  • Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance schedules to meet the highest standards.
  • Ensure non-clinical equipment and machinery are regularly serviced and maintained.
  • Attend regular meetings with contractors, monitor KPIs, and resolve concerns/complaints.
  • Support clinical governance teams with operational aspects of inspections and audits, such as CQC and ISO.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in People Management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of medical clinic operational management.
  • Previous experience in private clinics or similar environments.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including fire safety and infection control.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
