Welder Specialist

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our client, a leading fencing contractor specialising in the farming industry.

Established over 35 years, they deliver innovative solutions through their range of mobile yards and electric fences, helping farmers with livestock management.

As the MIG Welder, you will work on a variety of products, including aluminium gates, ancillary products, steel chassis and winder bodies.

This is a permanent position based in Stockbridge, Hampshire, working Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, with flexibility to finish at 3pm on Fridays.

You will receive 2 x 15 minute breaks and 30 minutes for lunch, with a competitive hourly rate of £15 - £20 depending on experience.

Other benefits include overtime paid at time and a half, pension and 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on the fabrication and welding of aluminium gates, ancillary products, steel chassis and winder bodies
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient production processes
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication and welding principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
