Salary: From £50,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at DK Recruitment. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting property surveys, project monitoring, and planned maintenance surveys. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on property-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property surveys and provide detailed reports
  • Monitor projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Engage in business development and help shape your own future workload
