This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Pet Stylist and become a key part of our Pets Grooming salons.

About the Role

As a Pet Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of pet grooming and providing a great service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide a full and thorough groom of a high standard to all pets presented to you.
  • To exceed our customers' expectations by providing a great service within the salon.
  • To utilise your excellent communication skills to deal with customers and their pets daily.
  • To work flexibly across 7 days a week, working a minimum contract of 39 hours, but often required to work more hours to cover busy periods, absences, and holidays.

Requirements

  • To be passionate about delivering a great service.
  • To be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts across 7 days a week.
  • To have a good and demonstratable understanding of dog grooming, styles/trends and able to complete a high standard groom, using these techniques from start to finish on different breeds.
  • To have experience of working within a customer-facing salon environment.
  • To be willing to work in a target driven environment.
