About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, close-knit team as an IFA Administrator in Sutton Coldfield. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to Financial Advisers, ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the company's CRM system (Intelligent Office) for new and existing clients.
  • Efficiently submit new business cases and follow them through to completion.
  • Competently handle withdrawals, deposits, and fund switches as requested.
  • Issue letters of authority and liaise with providers to ensure business is promptly actioned.
  • Handle client queries to an excellent standard.
  • Arrange client meetings and assist with meeting preparation.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting Financial Advisers as an Administrator or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with software such as Intelligent Office, Cashcalc, Iress Exchange, or FE Analytics is beneficial.
