Job Summary

The Fundraising and Donor Engagement Specialist will play a crucial role in driving supporter growth and retention. This will involve developing and implementing effective strategies to increase supporter lifetime value through excellent supporter experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive supporter growth and retention
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality supporter experiences
  • Manage and optimise the CRM System (Donorflex) for fundraising, communications, and engagement purposes
Requirements
  • Significant experience in customer service, ideally within a not-for-profit or commercial setting
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive supporter growth and retention
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Estimated Salary

£42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
