As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting clients to maintain happiness, health, and independence in their own homes.
- Providing companionship and wellbeing support, as well as assisting with daily tasks and medication.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle, ensuring care provision for clients within our area.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and a proficient level of English.
