We are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join our small and friendly team in Canterbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support through accurate and timely reporting.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of management accounting principles, including variance analysis and commentary. They will also be proficient in using accounting software, such as Sage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare month-end management accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
- Reconcile and analyse financial data to drive informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with relevant experience in management accounting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
- Proficient in using accounting software, with a preference for Sage.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 per annum, pro rata. This reflects the competitive market rate for a Management Accountant in Canterbury.
