Job Title: Network Co-ordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at Marston Holdings. As a CDM Coordinator Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe delivery of projects across various sectors, including highways, structures, landscape, and urban design.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify, eliminate, or control significant and foreseeable risks related to construction and future maintenance of structures
* Support the Principal Designer/Principal Contractor in fulfilling duties under CDM 2015 regulations
* Provide clear, concise, and practical Health and Safety advice, guidance, and coaching to project teams throughout all stages of the project
* Assist in compiling and developing training, guidance material, and other management tools
* Support the preparation of fee proposals with project managers and discipline leads

Requirements:

* NEBOSH or other recognised Health and Safety qualification
* Experience or knowledge of highways, landscape, flood, and water management, and urban design structures would be ideal
