Grinding Machine Operator Role

We are looking for an experienced Grinding Machine Operator to join our team at Workshop Recruitment. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining grinding machines to produce high-quality products.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Selecting and mounting cutting tools required for CNC and conventional grinding operations;
  2. Positioning workpieces on the machine and performing grinding operations;
  3. Checking finished pieces for quality control purposes using measuring equipment;
  4. Reporting any defects or imperfections found during the manufacturing process;
  5. Maintaining the grinding machine and cutting tools to ensure optimal performance.

Benefits and Salary

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of approximately $61,000 per annum, including benefits such as life assurance and pension contributions.
