We are currently working with a leading Maintenance Contractor to find a skilled Multitradesman to join their team in the Hounslow area. This permanent position involves undertaking repairs and maintenance work on occupied and void properties, utilising skills and experience across various trade disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering, with the ability to adapt to other trades as needed. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a proven track record of success in a similar Multitrades environment, with a strong understanding of health and safety protocols. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A full driving licence and willingness to use a company van are essential requirements.
