Copello is currently recruiting for an experienced Air Traffic Controller (ATCO) on behalf of a leading Aerospace business based in Cambridge. The position comes with an attractive salary package.

Estimated Annual Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

The ATCO will be responsible for providing safe and prompt air traffic services to all aircraft operating under Instrument & Visual flight rules when arriving, departing, or operating in the vicinity of the airport.

About the Role:

  • To provide safe air traffic services in accordance with relevant regulations and procedures;
  • To manage and coordinate the movement of aircraft on the ground and in the air;
  • To ensure seamless communication between air traffic control units and other stakeholders;
  • To maintain a high level of situational awareness at all times;

Requirements:
