Key Responsibilities:

The MSP Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for our MSP partners, focusing on growing and supporting the monthly MSP subscription business. This involves establishing proactive relationships with key contacts, maintaining up-to-date contact details in CRM, and introducing future MSP services based on regular account profiling. Additionally, the MSP Account Manager will monitor MSP monthly growth rates and KPIs.
