About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Senior Administrator to join our Administration and Prescribing Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning and managing the activity and workflow to ensure administrative and prescribing functions are carried out effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day work of the team and provide line management to admin team members
  • Provide effective administrative support to the Worcestershire service, including front of house services, prescribing administration, building management, and health and safety
  • Work within the Management Team to achieve service goals and meet commissioning requirements

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work confidently with all Microsoft programs and a case management system
  • Organized and efficient with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
