Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond flexibly to fluctuating demands to meet current and developing business challenges.
  • Implement an Estate Strategy that meets or exceeds compliance with CQC regulations.
  • Manage all aspects of the properties upkeep, care, maintenance, security, health & safety, and facilities management in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Working with the Clinical Teams:

The Estate Manager will work seamlessly alongside the clinical teams to create an environment that is conducive to the delivery of recovery-focused care.

Strategic Development:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve estate management and support the provision of effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with directors and clinical teams to ensure that the estate supports the organisation's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in estate management, with experience in implementing strategies to improve estate management and support service delivery.
