We are seeking caring individuals to join our team at Home Instead, providing support to our clients in their own homes. Our CAREGivers play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients, offering companionship, assistance with daily tasks, and emotional support.

No experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support. We match our CAREGivers with clients based on their interests and hobbies, ensuring a rewarding and fulfilling experience for all.

We offer competitive rates of pay, including £13.00 to £14.00 at weekends, and double pay for Bank Holidays. Additionally, we provide mileage and pension contributions, as well as flexible working hours.

Requirements
  • A caring and compassionate personality
  • English proficiency and excellent communication skills
  • Three professional references and three personal references required
  • Weekend availability
  • Subject to criminal record checks and satisfactory references
  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred, as clients are predominantly cared for in their own homes or would like you to accompany them on appointments or outings
