Corporate Support Specialist

A dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant is sought to provide vital office support services. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and good English language proficiency.
The salary for this position is estimated at €25,000-€35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 21-25 days annual leave, life insurance, corporate social events, and employee assistance program.
Job Description:
- Office Admin: Develop and implement office policies, manage office maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, and equipment.
- Coordinate with the IT department on office equipment and update the inventory list.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
- HR Assistant: Manage the employee full life cycle, including pre-employment checks, onboarding to exit interviews, employee relations.
- Help maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Process staff absence and holiday requests.
- Maintain up to date and accurate contract, maternity, paternity, and other information.
- Support the recruitment process and liaise with recruitment agencies.
- Maintain accurate GDPR compliant records for all staff using designated databases.
Requirements: Previous HR experience, or recently graduated in Business Management, fluent in written and spoken English, flexible, and a good team player.
