Certain Advantage is looking for an experienced HR Change Initiative Director to lead multi-country HR change initiatives. This role requires a strong ability to simplify and solve complex problems, as well as a data-driven approach to identify key themes, interpret data, and make actionable recommendations.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Understand and work within complex HR processes in matrixed, multinational organizations.
  2. Lead change initiatives, designing and implementing organizational change plans with a solid understanding of change principles, theories, and methodologies.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of end-to-end strategy, processes, and project alignment.
