As a Care & Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional person-centred care to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying the needs and abilities of our residents and delivering tailored care plans.
• Supporting and encouraging residents to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Providing personal care, including washing and dressing, as needed.
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families, and providing companionship and emotional support.
• Working collaboratively with our team to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
