Key Stage 1 Learning Facilitator

This role involves providing one-to-one support to students with additional needs, enhancing their educational journey and promoting social skills. You will work closely with class teachers to develop lesson plans, prepare resources, and set up activities to engage students.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to support students with additional needs, promoting independence and confidence.
- Collaborate with class teachers to develop lesson plans, preparing resources and setting up activities to engage students.
- Monitor and track student progress, sharing insights with teaching staff and SEN teams as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within a primary school setting.
- A strong understanding of child development and learning principles.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
