**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team in the UK & Northern Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting enterprise opportunities, engaging with inbound leads, and articulating Kevel's value proposition to the marketplace.

Your Responsibilities
- Identify and target high-potential enterprise opportunities and engage with inbound leads
- Clearly articulate Kevel's value proposition and technology offering to the marketplace
- Accurately forecast revenue pipeline and close dates
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account-based strategies
Requirements
- 6+ years experience selling software (preferably at an ad tech company) to enterprise customers with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Consistent track record of developing new business through managing complex sales cycles
- Strong technical understanding of SaaS platforms and APIs
- Familiarity with adtech tools such as Criteo, PromoteIQ, Topsort, CitrusAd, Epsilon, Equativ, and Xandr is a plus
- Analytical mindset with a focus on driving ad performance and monetization growth for publishers and retailers

Salary: £75,000-95,000 base salary / £170,000-190,000 OTE
