Job Summary

We're seeking a talented individual to join our Programme Advisory team as an Associate Director. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure, real estate, or natural resources projects, managing and driving the team to deliver business transformation and controls & performance advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for PMO, integrated controls & performance, functional set-up, and optimisation, as well as digital transformation;
  • Design target operating models and organisational design for capital infrastructure delivery businesses, integrated controls & performance functions, PMO set-ups, or digital transformation;
  • Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face environments, managing the delivery of transformation products and approaches;
  • Deploy and tailor established methodologies, processes, tools, and systems, contributing to their continuous improvement and development;
  • Contribute to business generation activities, such as bids and proposals, and work closely with Senior Management and the wider Turner & Townsend team;

Requirements

  • Extensive industry experience, preferably with a Master's degree or equivalent experience;
  • Experience working on major capital projects/programmes in leading positions, covering roles within the PMO/controls & performance environment, such as schedule, cost, risk, change, or performance reporting, in the Infrastructure sector or similar;
  • Delivering and managing complex business transformation programmes in the construction industry;
  • Experience in strategy and set-up of target operating models and organisational design for capital infrastructure delivery businesses, integrated controls & performance functions, or PMO set-ups;
  • Supporting capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery businesses, PMO, controls & performance, or specific functions;
  • Supporting the development of controls & performance integrated processes and digital solutions, enabling client leadership teams to make informed decisions;
  • Computer literacy in Office 365 applications, diagramming tools, online whiteboarding tools, team collaboration tools, and specialist controls & performance software tools;
  • Monitoring business performance against plan, ensuring corrective action is taken when necessary;
  • Identifying opportunities for efficiency through the implementation of new processes;
  • Commitment to implementing Turner & Townsend's Policy and Vision;
  • Evaluating performance and taking appropriate actions, recognising success;
  • Developing, delivering, and driving continuous improvement through service development and innovation;
  • Assessing risks and wider impacts from a Turner & Townsend and client perspective;
  • Building teams by developing a harmonious and productive team ethic;
