We are seeking a skilled Fitness Instructor to lead our leisure activities and deliver engaging group fitness classes. The ideal candidate will have a nationally recognised Level 2 fitness qualification and be able to deliver safe, well-structured and progressive classes.

About the Role

Deliver high-quality fitness classes to a diverse range of customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safety of customers participating in group fitness classes.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A current nationally recognised Level 2 fitness qualification, such as Exercise to Music.
  • Ability to deliver a safe, well-structured and progressive class.
  • Ability to screen customers and make decisions on participation and follow a safe exercise policy.
  • Ability to interact with individuals and groups in both formal and informal ways.
