Job Title: Patient Experience Driver

We are seeking a reliable and punctual Van Driver to join our team in Harlow. As a Patient Experience Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive the essential oxygen equipment they need to stay healthy and comfortable at home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver life-saving medical oxygen equipment to patients' homes using a company-provided standard 3.5-tonne van.
  • Assist patients with the safe and efficient installation, replenishment, and removal of equipment.
  • Prioritize patient safety by following established protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and professional demeanor while representing our company.
Requirements:
  • A valid UK driving license for a standard 3.5-tonne van.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
  • A caring and compassionate nature, putting patients' needs first.
  • A positive and can-do attitude, embracing challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £14.57 (weekly pay).
  • 9-hour shifts, starting between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM.
  • 33 days of holiday entitlement after 12 weeks.
