About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at eNL Legal Recruitment. As a Senior Private Client Solicitor, you will have a strong track record of dealing with a variety of private client matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, administration of estates, and some Deputyship work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal with a varied caseload of private client matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, administration of estates, and some Deputyship work.
  • Work closely with the partner within the team and receive secretarial support.
  • Office-based position with negotiations to be had on a day or two working from home.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years PQE in dealing with all aspects of private client matters.
  • Strong track record of dealing with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, administration of estates, and some Deputyship work.
