Job Title: Registered General Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a Registered General Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Independent Hospitals in Abingdon.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will also administer nursing care to ill, injured, and long-term service users, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans
  • Administer nursing care to ill, injured, and long-term service users
  • Maintain accurate and contemporaneous medical records
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Proactively identify and manage treatment plans for service users with complex needs
Requirements:
  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Ability to work on shift/rota pattern
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Passion for caring and helping people
About the Service:

Our client is a specialist nursing home supporting adults with physical disability and/or long-term neurological conditions. Our dedicated team provides personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their needs are met with respect and dignity.

Working Hours:

12 hour shifts, day and night shifts, overtime, and weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

NMC (required)
