**Job Role:** Homecare Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Homecare Supervisor to join our team at Alcedo Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our customers.

**Salary:** £14-£15 per hour + mileage, holiday pay, and pension

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support care workers in the field
  • Complete competency checks and customer service reviews
  • Assist with carer and client rotas
  • Support business development and supervising care services

Requirements:

  • 6 months' care experience
  • Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Compassionate and caring nature
  • Hardworking and flexible
  • Fully qualified driver with access to own vehicle
