Job Summary

Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust (HDFT) is seeking a Patient Safety Specialist to lead on patient safety initiatives and investigations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex projects, analyzing data, and leading teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on patient safety incidents and investigations.
  • Develop and implement patient safety strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality and safety improvements.

Requirements

  • Masters or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Patient safety qualification or experience in a related role.
  • Experience of management, data analysis, and leadership or project management qualifications.
