About the Role

The main purpose of this role is to work collaboratively with the team to select the highest quality MBA class from the applicant pool, build relationships with candidates, and persuade top talent to join London Business School. This involves promoting the School at events in the UK and internationally, while meeting revenue and volume targets.

This is a busy and demanding environment, but we offer a highly collaborative working atmosphere. We're looking for someone who can work effectively as part of a team, adapt quickly, and demonstrate a sense of urgency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Selecting MBA applications in line with class targets and school requirements
  • Relationship management of applicants, including advising and guiding candidates through the admission process
  • Arranging interviews with alumni in specific regions
  • Promoting the School at events in the UK and overseas
  • Delivering small group advice sessions and tours of the School

You will also assist in coordinating overseas promotional events, recruiting alumni to help with panel sessions and fairs.

About You
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management ability
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Experience of managing a range of stakeholders, preferably in the Higher Education sector or recruitment industry
  • An awareness of the business education market and the MBA market is desirable

In return, you can expect a competitive salary (£60,000 - £80,000 per annum), generous annual leave, pension package, and opportunities for professional development.
