HR Business Partner

Job Type:

Omega, a global leader in the aerospace and defence industry, is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join their team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in executing the company's HR strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, change management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and other key areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR metrics to drive data-driven people solutions
  • Provide training and support on various HR topics, including interviewing and coaching
  • Conduct recruiting processes, including interviews and selection, ensuring compliance with all regulations
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Proven progressive experience in an operations environment
  • Knowledge of HR/people systems
  • Experience working in an industrial company, specifically aerospace and defence, is highly preferred
