Become a Highway Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in highway infrastructure maintenance. As a Civil Engineering Degree Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced professionals to maintain and improve the county's highway infrastructure.

Key Benefits:

  • Starting salary: £21,860.80 per annum.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • 28 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.

About the Role:

You will rotate through different teams, starting in the design team, learning core skills such as AutoCAD and aspects of highway and bridge design. The role includes a hybrid working environment of home, office, and site-based work.

Training and Qualifications:

  • Complete the Level 6 BEng Civil Engineering degree apprenticeship at Coventry University.
  • Experience a rotational training programme across the business.
  • Receive specific operational and professional additional training.
