Role Overview
As the Automotive Repair Shop Supervisor, you will be pivotal in overseeing the comprehensive operations of our repair shop. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and inspiring a team of skilled technicians to meet performance goals and achieve remarkable outcomes.
  • Coordinating workflow and prioritizing tasks to ensure repairs are completed promptly while upholding quality standards.
  • Managing inventory levels effectively, ensuring that necessary supplies and materials are available to support operations.
  • Developing and executing processes and procedures aimed at optimizing efficiency and productivity within the shop.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and fostering a culture of safety awareness.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone with prior experience as a Bodyshop Site Manager, demonstrating expertise in health and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to lead effectively, work collaboratively, and operate independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility and a commitment to high standards of customer satisfaction are essential.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity within the automotive repair sector, particularly in bodyshop operations.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and inspiring a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing and multitasking efficiently.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
