We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team at ACHUMAN CAPITAL.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of cases, including administering estates, delivering sophisticated advice on wealth protection, and preparing and drafting wills and trusts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a broad range of cases, including estate administration, wealth protection, and estate planning;
  • Deliver expert advice on wills, trusts, and inheritance tax planning;
  • Develop strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives;
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 3 years'+ PQE;
  • Previous private client experience;
  • Expertise in wills, trusts, and inheritance tax planning;
  • Strong academic background;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Strong commercial awareness;
  • Technically excellent.
