We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Operations Manager to join our team at Samsonite Bicester Store. This is a full-time role that requires a strong passion for the brand and its values. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in running the store effectively, achieving optimum profitability, and meeting set budgets.
About the Role:
- Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations and performance analysis.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
- Manage human resources, including employee attendance, appearance, and health & safety.
- Ensure store security, housekeeping, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of £30,000 - £38,000 per annum.
