Job Title: Customer Care Advisor

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: London

Salary: £30-50K depending on experience (negotiable)

Centre People is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Advisor to join our team in London. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, primarily through English language support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain response policies, manuals, and FAQs for handling customer inquiries
  2. Collaborate with the team to streamline workflows and improve customer support processes
  3. Provide support to customers via multiple channels, including live chat, social media, and email
  4. Liaise with Japan HQ and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and support
  5. Work closely with accounting firms and human resources to ensure efficient support and processing

Requirements:

  1. High business level English language skills (TOEIC 850 or above) and Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 or above)
  2. University degree or equivalent (overseas university or postgraduate degree preferred)
  3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle customer service in English
  4. Experience in customer support related to web applications/software is an asset
  5. Knowledge of accounting and human resources or a degree in Accounting & Finance is an asset
