We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at an SEN School in the Hillingdon area. The successful candidate will have previous experience working with children and be available to start in January.

This role involves providing exceptional support to SEND children, promoting inclusion, acceptance, and diversity in the classroom. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other staff members to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt teaching support to meet individual student needs. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

Previous experience working with pupils with special educational needs is preferred but not essential. A genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of pupils with SEND is essential for this role. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

The estimated salary range for this position is £85-£100 per day.
