Associate Director - Civils Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director - Civils to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our civil engineering projects. Your expertise in project management, contract administration, and quality control will ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in design and project management. You will be able to provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, as well as develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency across all projects.

The estimated salary for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

In addition to your technical expertise, we are looking for someone who is a collaborative leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, and provide clear direction and guidance to your team members.
