Assistant Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Jubilee Hospitality. As an assistant restaurant supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, supervising staff, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train junior staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to menu planning, wine lists, and other initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced restaurant or pub environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Salary and Benefits: £32,000 per annum plus a range of benefits.
