What We're Looking For:

• BTEC / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification, demonstrating your expertise and proficiency.
• Ability to work at least 12 hours per week, ensuring you have a solid client base and revenue stream.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, accommodating diverse client needs.
• Knowledge of Swedish, Deep Tissue, or Sports Massage techniques, showcasing your technical skills and adaptability.
• Willingness to learn advanced techniques from our training program, enhancing your expertise and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service skills and effective communication, delivering exceptional experiences.
• Understanding of the benefits of high-quality massage for physical and lifestyle well-being, aligning with our company values.
• Ability to perform consecutive quality massage therapy sessions with regular breaks, maintaining efficiency and productivity.
• Promotion of internal upgrades, such as hot stones, scalp massage, and aromatherapy, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Conducting specific massage sessions based on individual customer needs, demonstrating attention to detail and customization.
• Highlighting the health and wellness benefits of regular massage therapy, educating clients and driving business growth.
