Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill this key role in our organization. As a Graduate Digital Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of tasks across multiple projects/products, such as radar systems for fighter jets, surveillance AESA radars, and IRCM systems. You will also work with an experienced engineer who will provide day-to-day guidance and on-the-job training. You will be introduced to systems engineering processes, methods, technology, and tools, with particular emphasis placed on learning practical skills that may not be easily gained or experienced in the academic environment of a university.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of a Bachelor's level degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field. You must be a self-motivated individual, willing to take on new challenges and drive continuous personal development. Strong communication skills across a variety of mediums, including written, verbal, digital, etc., are essential. The ability to develop effective working relationships with peers and stakeholders is also crucial. Adaptable to the ever-changing demands that will be encountered within the role, you must offer novel ideas and methods for solving technical problems, drawing on personal experiences and knowledge learned during academic studies. Additionally, relevant project work and/or placements in Industry are beneficial but not essential.
