About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our fundraising and development efforts. As Head of Fundraising and Development, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals to achieve a net target of approximately £2m per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the statutory and non-statutory income generation team, including tenders, grants, and fundraising staff.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to achieve the organization's financial goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including grants, corporate partnerships, and individual giving.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and implement the organization's overall strategy.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about fundraising and development. You will have a proven track record of success in leading fundraising teams and achieving ambitious financial targets. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
