Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of complex Dynamics 365 solutions, encompassing various modules such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and define solution scope.
  • Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and implementation guides.
  • Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 technology and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect with a strong understanding of its functionalities and capabilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud platform and related services.
  • Experience in designing and implementing integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • MB-700 (Microsoft Dynamics 365: Business Application Fundamentals)
  • MB-300 (Microsoft Dynamics 365: Sales Fundamentals)
  • MS-335 (Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Fundamentals)
