Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The successful candidate will be expected to meet the following KPIs:

• Manage daily bookkeeping and accounts preparation to the highest standard, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Complete VAT returns and calculate tax obligations, in accordance with relevant regulations, within the designated timeframe.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, delivering exceptional client service and meeting their financial needs.

Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:style='margin: 0; padding: 0;'> At least 1 year experience in accountancy practice. Prior experience as an Bookkeeper, Accounts Semi senior, Accounts Assistant or in a similar role. Strong background in bookkeeping and accounts preparation. Experience in VAT return preparation and tax computations. Ideal possession of AAT qualification. Proficiency in accounting software, specifically Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero.

Benefits and Remuneration
