Job Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading external audit assignments from fieldwork to completion stages under International Standards on Auditing.
  • Preparation of accounts, reports, and other assignments as required by our clients.
  • Liaising with clients and relevant departments within the firm to coordinate planning and execution.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and senior staff to build strong relationships and deliver excellent service.
  • Managing on-site audit teams and ensuring completion of jobs within budget and to deadlines.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
  • AAT qualification and/or studying towards ACA/ACCA with professional/applied skills stage completed.
  • At least 18 months experience in Audit and Assurance within an accountancy practice.
  • Knowledge of Caseware software system and Mercia audit methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.

Salary Range
The salary range for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, and paid holiday.
