We are currently seeking a talented Senior Kitchen Manager to join our team at the Clayton Hotel London Wall. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes that exceed customer expectations.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, based on location and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Coordinate menu planning, food ordering, and inventory management to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a senior chef or culinary manager in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
  • Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
